First: make sure the thing runs and doesn't have a bad head gasket (very common if your not fimiliar with supra's).
Second: from looking at the pictures I would bet it has ALOT more than 45,000...

I had the same problem with one of my mk3's. It took multiple mechanics to find the problem and it turns out that the main relay was replaced with one with a different circuit. Good buy a new one...
