yah besides better turbo and the things i said earlier i cant think of much else.drift motion sells new crank alt and ps pully which they save 2.6 lbs which helps a lot. i want to install a 1 piece...

i dont know much about the 2 and 1j but i know that on the 2j most people like the vvti becuase its easier to tune. i would imagine that both are the same except for some electronics diffrences...
