my gas guage does not go above half way on my dash even if i fill it up. but after it gets to under a half tank it will work right and go down as i use full but for some reason it will not go above...

i was just wandering if a auto tranny was the same for a NA as it is for the turbo on a 89 model year supra.and if so will a NA auto tranny bolt up to a turbo engine?

i have no idea. all i know is i called about a 89 na supra yesturday and they said the ONLY thing wrong with it was that it needed a solenoid resistor.but i cant find that part on a NA car.i can only...

i called about a 89 supra na today with auto tranny.the person said everything was great on the car and the only thing it needs is a solenoid resister and it costs $250. now for the stupid question....

if the knock sensor works the same as the ones on...

if the knock sensor works the same as the ones on GM cars then yes it could. on GM cars the knock sensor is what controls the advance and retarding of the timing.a missing vacume hose can do the same...
