1jz is a 2.5 liter and the 2jz is a 3.0liter. They have different turbos to.

Oh ok I got u lol. eBay has motors also some rebuild for 1000-3000 don't know how good they r but u can check them out. My local parts stores can get me a reman motor u can try that to.

All I said was there is supra running 1000hp+ on pump gas and u can get 600hp with a bigger turbo and more fuel. Of course he will need things like cams, head work, meth injection, bigger fuel...

The 1jz vvti has a intake cam that changes with Rpms when the nonvvti doesn't but has two turbo instead. They r both 2.5liters. I think the nonvvti uses a map sensor and the vvti still uses the afm....

Check Craigslist. See 7mgte's on there all day. Just seen complete 7mgte with wiring and ecu go for 50$ if u hauled it guy said it was running.

I don't even waste my time with autozone I went throw 2 fan clutches. Then finally going with a 2 row rad with dual fans. Also went throw a few alternaters from autozone got a 140amp from driftmotion...

Man looking good did u have the engine bay painted to or no. I just picked up a second supra it's a 89 targa turbo and I got my first supra that's a 89 hardtop nonturbo. I love this cars.
