when i got my head machined i didnt take out the valves or spring or anything just got it down to the cams and they did the psrings and valves for me and put them back in too, so maybe you dont need...

have you found any problems with putting so much torque on the block, the fac specs say liek 55 pounds or 65 pounds some thing like that. since you put the new studs in have you had any head gasket...

Head bolts

Blowen head gasket, replacing it , what would be some good head bolts to put in and that torque should they be at to hopefully prevent this fromt happe ing again .

im not, sure but have you checked the Blow off valve, maybe its stuck open or something. i'm not entirly sure, but worth a look at, its easy to get and they arnt too expencive.

The other day one of my spark plugs actuly came out. I put it back in but now is runnign very rought, in the morning it runs ok while warming up, but then after about 5 minutes of runnign it feals...

I just had to do mine not to long ago and i think if i remember right it was only like 150 to 200 aadn vrey easy to replace,only took about like 30 minutes.
